These terms govern your use of Humming Cloud (humming.cloud), a service operated by Recommence (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Humming Cloud lets hosts run meetings, podcasts and community calls over WhatsApp. Guests take part from their own WhatsApp app. Hosting is free; WhatsApp messages sent from the Humming shared number use message credits, and using your own WhatsApp number requires a monthly subscription.
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including the hums you host and the messages sent to your guests.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, or that WhatsApp (Meta) restricts.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. See our refund policy.
We work to keep Humming Cloud running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The service depends on WhatsApp (Meta), and their outages, limits or policy changes can affect it. We may change or improve features over time.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. See how to delete your data. Cancel any subscription first so it doesn't renew.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
