Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Humming Cloud lets hosts run meetings, podcasts and community calls over WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide when you register, such as your name and email address.
  • WhatsApp messages, call metadata and media that pass through a call or chat you host or join, so we can deliver them to participants.
  • Basic usage and diagnostic data (for example, connection status and error reports) to keep the service running.

How we use it

  • To operate calls, chats and podcasts, and to route messages between participants.
  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.
  • To communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Messages and media are shared only with the participants of the call or chat they belong to. We use WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages, subject to their terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. See how to delete your data.
