Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data Humming Cloud holds about you at any time. This page explains what gets removed and how to make the request.

What we delete

  • Your account details (name, email and login information).
  • Messages, call metadata and media stored on your behalf.
  • Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account.

Some records may be retained where required by law, and backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@humming.cloud from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the WhatsApp number or account you used, so we can locate your data.
  3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
